Receptionist - La Villa Port d'Antibes
For our 4-star hotel located near the port of Antibes, we are looking for a receptionist (e) turning H/ F. Work mainly during the day but brought to replace the holidays of the night watchman.
Your tasks: Welcome guests on arrival and carry out the administrative formalities related to their stay - Register reservations and update the room occupancy schedule. Bar and floor service. Prepare an invoice - Inform the client about the services of the establishment and the booking modalities - Respond to requests from clients during their stay.A similar first experience is requested.
English imperative.
No accommodation available.
Type of contract: CDI, CDD
Salary: €1,700.00 to €1,800.00 net per month

Front Desk Agent - La Villa Cannes Croisette
We are looking for a full-time receptionist (35h) to join our team. The candidate must be bilingual, provide outstanding customer service and be able to work in a multilingual environment.
- Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional way
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Track reservations and inquiries
- Provide general administrative support
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of reception
- Mastery of customer service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the hotel industry is a major asset
- English required
